I find that the magnetic stirrer that is provided with the Pro kit greatly cheapens the set up. This stirrer is really a field unit for pool water testing. You can't use the provided sample cylinder that is provided with the stirrer, as you can not get the titration equipment lined up to use in. Vinmetrica's solution is to use the plastic sample cups that come with the base unit; but they barely fit on the stirrer. My suggestion is to forgo the Pro kit, buy the base unit and purchase the necessary titration equipment separately. You'll end up with a much more professional and easy to use set up.

Good sturdy equipment and ready to use it for my cider. One issue I have with the equipment is the double burette clamp...it's bigger than the set was designed for, and doesn't allow the burette to actually fit into the hole of the electrode holder provided; which isn't a big problem, but makes it difficult or impossible to use the small sample 50 mL cylinder for the stir plate. Get the correct size of double clamp correct and it will be great.
