Sodium Hydroxide 0.1N, N/10 solution for Acid Titration.

This is the standardized solution used in acid titrations of juice or wine. It should be kept in closed containers to minimize contact with carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. Its strength can be checked with standard solutions of potassium acid phthalate or hydrochloric acid. One 16 oz bottle is enough for about 80 to 100 tests.
