A refreshing, alcoholic spritzer with a burst of raspberry aroma and flavor. Makes 5 US gallons. No artificial flavors or colors. Easy to make. Simply ferment, flavor & bottle. 1. Ferment: Add & mix the sugar blend, water (20L), yeast and sweetener in a sanitized fermenter. Leave for 1-2 weeks. 2. Flavor: Add the flavor essence sachet to the fermenter. Stir well with a sanitized spoon. 3. Bottle: Fill, seal and store the bottles at room temp for two weeks. Then refrigerate, serve, sip & relax! Make your own seltzer in four weeks or less!
