Greetings! We use quite a bit to sterilize equipment not to mention its primary purpose. Purchased the 10lb. container recently and noticed the label has lost the grams per gallon potency, i.e.: 1 gram per gallon yields 150 ppm. For us old guys we weigh, not just measure and desire knowledge of how many ppm we are adding. I am very sensitive to sulfites so I try to keep them to 25 ppm in all our wine. You gotta love Presque Isle Wine Cellars, they are the only company from which I buy supplies. Been using their services since the '80's

Nothing fancy but I like the fact that I can just put the jug on a shelf and not worry about spilling anything. I often order from piwine to avoid having to deal with bags of ingredients .
