Glass pH electrodes need to be kept moist at all times, so this is a must have. This potassium chloride solution will maximize performance, response time and extend electrode life. The small sponge needs to stay wet with this solution & the sponge is rather small.

Directions for Use: Clean electrode after use for optimum performance (consider using our Electrode Cleaning Solution). Fill the protective cap with Storage solution.

Periodically check to verify that the storage solution has not evaporated. If needed, refill cap with the storage solution.
