Laffort's Mannostab Liquide 200 is used for wine stabilization for preventing potassium bitartrate crystallization and precipitation in rosé, red & white wines, both still and sparkling. It has natural enzymatically extracted mannoprotiens, including MP40, specific for potassium bitartrate stability. It does not stabilize with respect to calcium tartrate precipitations. 

Dosage is 50-150 mL / hL (2-5 oz/26 gal)

Must be stored in original packaging, above ground, out of light and above frost temperatures. Once packaging is opened, product must be used.

For filtered wines Mannostab should be added between preparation filtration and bottling filtration and at least 48 hours prior to bottling. Test filter clogging index before filtration. Add by direct addition & homogenize perfectly by pumping over.   For non-filtered wines the treatment should be added the day before bottling.
