This impinger bottom replacement piece is an essential part of the Aeration Oxidation kit (AOF) to determine the Free SO2 level in your wine.

An impinger unit is used to collect samples of pollutants in the air. This is the replacement bottom, 30 mL,  for the full Impinger Unit (IMPUC), available for sale from Presque Isle Wine Cellars.

Glassware works fine. PI service is quite good. I'd prefer and alternative to the expanded polystyrene peanuts used for packaging however, they're an environmental dead end and not necessary.
