Hydrometer (Saccharometer) Narrow Range, 0-35 Brix (Ballign), 0.1 graduations. Potential Alcohol and 0.98-1.16 specific gravity.

Great for accurate ending specific gravity readings to determine alcohol content for wine and beer used in home and commercial wine making. Will also help determine if wine fermentation is complete in fermenting juice.

Requires a 12 inch test  hydrometer jar (not included). We recommend our Hydrometer Jar products HJ100 OR HJ250.
