Hydrometer (Saccharometer) Narrow Range, 16-24 Brix (Ballign), 0.1 graduations. Great for accurate ending specific gravity readings to determine alcohol content for wine and beer. Requires a 12 inch test jar (not included). We recommend our Hydrometer Jar products HJ100 OR HJ250.

Great addition to my lab

This was a great addition to my lab, when looking for a more accurate Brix at the start of fermentation. I find it sufficiently sturdy/durable when handled with care.
