Go-Ferm Rehydration Nutrient
wine maker

I have used Go Ferm and Fermaid K for a few years and I like the dependability it gives me in yeast rehydration and fermentation nutrient. It is most reasonably priced in a convenient size for a home winemaker in the 200 gram packages with a shelf life of 3 years..

seems to work very well. I let is stand after mixing for a half hour and was impressed with how the yeast mixture grew to a creamy consistency and seemed to spread well into the juice very well. Fermentation started imediatly.
