Great test kit

In my efforts to learn more about the process of winemaking, I decided to try the addition of malolactic bacteria to my red wines. The only way to truly tell if the malic acid has been converted is through a chromatography test. I spoke with Debbie at Presque Isle and she explained everything and told me what to buy. The test turned out just as it was explained and I understood it completely. Thank you!!

Instructions included with test kit were very vague and assumed to be written for people who had used this kit before. Being a first-time user, I found a You Tube video that was extremely helpful and much better than the instructions you provided.
You can improve this and should.
