We are very impressed with these test kits. So simple and fast (4 minutes) to know that a wine has gone thru Malo or not. Great when blending wines to know all have finished Malo.

I find these to be reasonavly accurate to the defree needed to assess MLF completion. Plus I dont like handling organic solvents anymore in my lifetime.

The test strip has multiple shades of different colors on it, so hard to tell what the malic acid level is. Will not reorder.
