Riesling. Riesling is the Big Kahuna of Lake Erie whites and this medium-dry version was made in stainless steel to preserve and capture its inherent fruit flavors. Aromas of lemon are infused with light hints of peach and ruby red grapefruit in this popular white varietal vintage. A medium-dry palate leads in to a juicy mineral mouthfeel, followed by a zesty citrus finish. This is a very versatile food partner – try it with spicy fare, fruit dishes, lobster, scallops and fish, pork, and smoked meats and cheeses.
Bianco Fresco. Our newest creation is supremely refreshing as the crispness of Seyval and the luscious peach, citrus and apricot notes from Cayuga work beautifully together to leave your palate tingling with lively flavors and wanting more. the original. This delicious semi-dry blend of "the original" white varieties grown in our area - Riesling, Vidal, and Cayuga - showcases the best of our Lake Erie Region. The always clean, crisp, and pleasing taste bursts with citrusy fruit aromas with just the right amount of light sweetness. Traminette. A child of Gewürztraminer, this lovely semi-dry white exudes Gewürz-like style and character. The soft aroma of rose petals nicely complements the taste of spiced pear in this delicious medium-bodied wine. A light fining captures lush aromas and flavors in every bottle. Chill well and serve with light seafood dishes or spicy ethnic foods.
Freeport White. With notes of tropical flowers and citrus zest, this harmonious blend of Vidal, Seyval Blanc, Cayuga, and Valvin Muscat, some of our region’s best white varietals, provides a crisp flavor foundation sure to please any palate. Serve slightly chilled with fish, shellfish, or white meats. We blend Traminette, Seyval and Valvin Muscat grapes to create this award-winning effervescent delight brimming brightly with fruity expressions, lively aromas, and a touch of sweetness. This medium-bodied sparkling wine is inspired by the waterfalls at our winery and evokes the feeling of cool water plunging and bubbling on a beautiful fall day at the winery with grape smells swirling on the breeze.
