NEW bottling! First vintage after recovery from the horrific winters of 2014-2015. Our award-winning Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted from exquisite locally grown grapes with close cooperation between winemaker and grower. Crushed within hours of being picked, then warm-fermented and aged 21 months in premium French and American oak barrels for a soft and rich mouthfeel that harmonizes with the wine’s local flavor DNA.
This wine has medium-full body and aromas of black currant and black cherry complementing sweet vanilla and cloves with a hint of leather. Serve at cool room temperature with full-flavored meat dishes.
