This exceptional Pinot Noir vintage showcases lively aromas of strawberry, raspberry and black cherry grounded with earthy sandalwood and leather notes. The wine has a round, full bodied structure complemented by silky tannins. Grown in one of the premier Pinot Noir regions in the East, this exquisite wine was aged for 15 months in premium French oak barrels to achieve a refined, light oakiness nicely balanced with fruit.
When it comes to food pairings, this dry red is very versatile; lean or smoked meats, creamy buttery dishes and Asian entrees are all good partners.
