Our award-winning Cab Sauv is crafted from exquisite locally grown grapes with close cooperation between winemaker and grower. Crushed within hours of being picked, then warm-fermented and aged 30 months in American and French oak barrels for a supple tannic mouthfeel that harmonizes with the wine’s local flavor DNA. This wine has medium body and aromas of black currant, blackberry, and plum complementing cedar and chocolate earthiness. Serve at cool room temperature with full-flavored meat dishes.
